Joanne Rodriguez is the principal owner of Mitigation Land Specialists “MLS”. Joanne brings years of experience as a project manager in real estate development and land conservation. At the Center for Natural Lands Management, Joanne managed all fee title and conservation easement acquisitions from site evaluation through the due diligence process and close of escrow. As a Broker/REALTOR, she currently manages the credit sales at two conservation banks in San Diego County, and conducts landowner outreach and mitigation acquisitions throughout California for clients such as PG&E, NRG Renew, Enel Green Power North America, and private developers.

​Mitigation Land Specialists(MLS) combines the talents of highly-qualified individuals and firms in the land conservation and mitigation banking industry. We assist private landowners, corporations, developers and public agencies with mitigation acquisitions, mitigation bank credit purchases, and mitigation land marketing. The MLS team brings years of expertise in project management and real estate development, land acquisitions and sales, environmental planning, public agency outreach, and resource agency negotiations.
